In early July, Armorlink Group welcomed a special group of young guests—the children of its employees. Accompanied by their parents and filled with curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, they visited the company for a meaningful learning tour. The participants included junior high school graduates, high school students, and university students. Through visits to the factory and offices, the activity allowed them to experience their parents’ working environment firsthand while deepening their understanding of and connection with the company.
The first stop on the tour was the company’s factory, where Mr. Huang Hongda, Plant Manager of Armorlink Group, personally led the group and provided the children with detailed explanations. From the selection and processing of raw materials to final product inspection and packaging, he introduced each stage of the production process in an engaging and informative manner. As the children observed the precision machinery and employees working diligently, they gained a deeper appreciation for the hard work and ingenuity behind high-tech products.
Next, the children visited the validation laboratory at the company’s R&D Center, where they observed the testing processes used for the latest technologies and research projects. Mr. Huang Jingshu, head of the R&D Center, demonstrated various laboratory instruments and explained their purposes and operating principles. Through these demonstrations, the children learned how rigorous testing and validation ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. During the interactive session, they also participated in several simple experiments, experiencing both the precision and enjoyment of scientific research firsthand.
The children then gathered in the conference room, where Ms. Mao Yijin, Human Resources Director of Armorlink Group, introduced them to the company. She provided a detailed overview of the Group’s development history, business areas, corporate culture, and future direction. Through this presentation, the children learned about the company’s outstanding achievements in the technology sector and gained a deeper understanding of and respect for their parents’ work.
After touring the R&D Center and learning about the company, the children visited the office area. There, they observed the everyday working environment of their parents and other employees while learning about the functions and responsibilities of different departments. The children experienced the company’s efficient and well-organized workplace atmosphere and gained a more direct understanding of their parents’ work.
On the second day of the tour, a special hands-on session was arranged. Under the guidance of staff members, the children participated in simple production tasks and experienced the daily work of frontline employees firsthand. Through this practical activity, they not only developed their hands-on skills but also gained a deeper understanding of the importance of teamwork and professional responsibility. The learning tour not only enhanced the children’s understanding of Armorlink Group but also gave them a more comprehensive and in-depth perspective on the technology industry.
After the event, the children said they had benefited greatly from the visit and felt more inspired and motivated to consider their future studies and career plans.
